Drugs are Hitting the Streets Hard

Reports from locals say that a drugs are hitting the streets hard.

A man earlier this week was reportedly driving around Sandy Shores and Los Santos stopping in alley’s talking to people and handing them something.
Locals are calling for the police to do something about it.
Reports also say that the person behind the sales of the new drugs may be robbing stores, banks or people for money to help fund his/her operations. No one seems to know what kind of car the person is said to be driving as every time they see the person they say they are in another type of car.
